Abdominal separation, urinary incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction and an umbilical hernia in my first pregnancy lead me to changing my life!

I could never find safe, pregnancy and postpartum workouts online to help me keep fit and strong around my kids, and importantly help me with my new found motherhood symptoms - pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, abdominal separation and an umbilical hernia. After I was 6 months postpartum, I found out I was pregnant again. This time I was adamant I would educate myself on how to prevent my motherhood symptoms from becoming things that would just put up with! So while I was pregnant, I retrained from an accountant to what I am today - voila Mamatoto was created. I have since corrected all of my issues with these specialist exercises and I no longer leak, have abdominal separation or a weak pelvic floor.
