Being pregnant can be completely overwhelming. From knowing what you can/can't eat, what you should be buying, packing in your hospital bag, and knowing how to exercise safely! Phew! I want to take all of the confusion away for you and give you everything you need to know. All of my exercises are proven to help strengthen your core and (also help loosen) pelvic floor in preparation for birth. My specialist exercises will help reduce the amount of abdominal separation, pelvic floor dysfunction and urinary incontinence post-baby.
