After my own personal frustrations and experiences with urinary incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, abdominal separation and an umbilical hernia, I studied the exact restorative exercises needed to not only help reduce these areas of distress, but also how to minimise them during pregnancy. Sometimes however, it's too late! But there's no need to worry, the low impact exercises here will help you with any issues you are experiencing.
